The online form is divided into three sections which a applicant is required to fill for obtaining the service for Degree Equivalence:
1.1 - Particulars of the applicant section
The Degree Equivalence service applicant would need to provide relevant details in the “Particulars of the Applicant” section as shown below in the screen shot.

1.2 - Particulars of the Degree/Diploma of which equivalence is required section
Provide all the relevant information in the “Particulars of the Degrees / Diplomas of which equivalence is required” the applicant would provide all the details of the Degrees, University for which equivalence is required and move to the next section by clicking on the next button.

1.3 - Particulars of the university conferring degree/diploma section
After the completing the above two sections you would need to provide Details of particulars of the university conferring degree/diploma and choose University & Legal status from dropdown list as shown below in the screen shot.

1.4 - Particulars of syllabi and examination requirements of the degree/diploma of which equivalence is required section
After the completing the above three sections you would need to provide Details of Particulars of syllabi and examination requirements of the degree/diploma of which equivalence is required section as shown below in the screen shot.

1.5 - Entrance/admission requirements to the course studies/degree obtained section
After the completing the above four sections you would need to provide Details of Entrance/admission requirements to the course studies/degree obtained as shown below in the screen shot and proceed to the next section by clicking on the next button.

1.6 - Details of Education section
After completing the above sections you would need to provide Details of Education history as shown below in the screen shot.

1.7 - Any Other Information which could be helpful in determining the status of your qualification section
After completing the details of the education you may provide Any Other Information which could be helpful in determining the status of yourqualification as shown below in the screen shot:

2 - Online Application preview
After submitting the completed the online form as a applicant you have been provided a provision to preview the information that has been provided by you for the online form before finally submitting it to HEC or if see any discrepancy in the submitted form you could “Edit” and modify the information and submit for each of the section as shown below in the screen shot:
